Anyone finding their internet speeds have been getting slower over the last few months?

I live in the valleys and our exchange was one of the last to get any sort of fast broadband, perhaps about 10 years ago. A year ago we could get speeds of 30 mb/s, but that's dropped to 3-4, which is what the providers are offering. We don't have the luxury of good fibre or Virgin etc.

Perhaps the exchange has been throttled as more and more are working from home, staying home and watching tv due to the pandemic etc.
