Blimey, I had forgotten how depressing it is looking out for the results of other teams around us to maximise our chances of staying in the Championship.

It would be really good if we could actually start picking up some points of our own soon 👍

Let’s be honest , we deserve to get relegated based on performance thus far I’m afraid

You know, I always think that we are going to escape relegation but over the last two weeks I have actually started to think the same.

We have been so poor and despite the calamitous situation of clubs beneath us, it wouldn’t surprise me if we did somehow manage to get relegated :-(

We really need to start picking up points again.

I wish you hadn't have said that.

I think we're all of the opinion that in any other years we'd struggle to be out of the bottom 3. Tonight was my 1st 'look' at Peterborough. Ferguson obviously believes in putting together a side that has skill and plays the ball to feet, but they look so fragile. Even the best footballing sides need an element of steel and organization, but Peterborough had absolutely none of that.

Feeling a bit more optimistic again after today's results. Will that last past tomorrow's team announcement?

3 successive clean sheets has undoubtedly helped.

Yes it has. Josh Wright scored 3 penalties in 9 minutes for Gillingham in 2017, a feat made possibly harder by the fact they were 2-0 down against Scunthorpe. Ronaldo (gap toothed Brazillian striker) has. Ken Barnes did so for Man City in a 6-2 win over Everton in 1957.

Don’t think anyone’s ever scored four penalties in a game before today though?

I don't even think a team has been awarded 4 penalties and scored them all, either. In the late 80s/early 90s, there was a game between Palace and Brighton that had 5 penalties. Palace missed 3 but still won 2-1!
