Apparently Cardiff have made 2 bids now for Nakhi Wells and 1 for Kasey Palmer.
Both are loan only.
We have told Cardiff both can go for permanent transfer only.
Cardiff’s 2nd bid is to pay more of Wells salary but still only loan.
Seems the stand off continues. -

They were expected to post a loss of around 45 million which would have taken them into FFP territory, i'm not sure if there was some creative accounting or not, but their losses came in at £38 million instead, conveniently just below the 39 million 3-year limit for FFP. So they scraped through this season, but if they make basically any loss in the next 2 seasons combined then they are breaking FFP.
On the plus side they have some assets like Semenyo and Massengo that they should be able to sell one or both of those and that my keep the wolf from the door.
Don't want to take the piss too much as until our accounts are released it's difficult to say just how in the shit we might be too.Comment
