              Exactly. Clean sheets are a bit of an ocd thing imo. If the team puts in a good defensive performance it doesn’t really matter. If the team puts in a good attacking performance and grab a goal or two it matters even less.

                  It matter to defenders and especially goalkeepers, anybody in the Goalkeeping Union knows this. Also I suspect defenders and GK have a clean sheet bonus.
