This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone familiar with Carr's live shows. He jokes about a whole range of topics that some might find offensive and the show comes with warnings as to the material covered.

I don't agree with the topics he chooses to joke about and vote with my feet, or remote in this instance. If enough people took this stance he'd have to change his routine or retire.

He’s always been massively offensive especially in his live shows. He usually tones it down for TV.

didn't make me laugh but plenty in the audience were.i wonder if he had gone back to the roman era would it have had the same impact.
