As others have alluded to, I thought he put in a strong performance yesterday against Premier League opponents, I also think he has bulked up since the last time I saw him play ,and he will only get stronger , so,the future looks bright with this one .

Re: Joel Bagan
It was good to see, and bodes well for the future, he's got a real opportunity now as long as he can avoid injuries to establish this position as his own.
Along with McGuinness, Denham and Ng there's the promise of a decent, mobile back four there for next year, imagine if we could Dramah on a season long loan to add to that?

I agree.Originally posted by WJ99mobile View PostOne of his best games for us.
Games like that will do him the world of good.
I think the criticism of his play in wide areas is unfair though.
Something in particular I noticed last night was that he was more decisive.
Well done Joel.

Not a chance Drameh will be here, Bielsa was already reluctant to let him leave this season.Originally posted by olderblue View PostAlong with McGuinness, Denham and Ng there's the promise of a decent, mobile back four there for next year, imagine if we could Dramah on a season long loan to add to that?
You're right though. I always thought Osei-Tutu might be a good option for that role next season but it seems that he's very injury prone.

Re: Joel Bagan
Things can change so quickly in football who knows?
Leeds could bring in an established RWB in the summer and he drops further down the pecking order?
Either way I think were in a win win situation
He plays well and Leeds want him back to establish himself as first choice, we as a club and Morison have a stronger bargaining position with other clubs to let their youngsters come here and develop.
If nothing else it certainly identifies the right type of player we need in that position for next season

Re: Joel Bagan
Drameh was interesting when talking about Leeds in his post match interview on the club website - his last remark was intriguing because it seemed open ended and it may not be as straightforward as him just going back there when his loans up, but, even if he did want to move on in the summer, we’d have no chance of getting him if he keeps on playing like that.Originally posted by FormerlyJohnnyBreadhead View PostNot a chance Drameh will be here, Bielsa was already reluctant to let him leave this season.

Re: Joel Bagan
you never know with that guyOriginally posted by Pedro de la Rosa View PostHe's 66, Leeds have struggled. He's also done his job. He realistically can't take them any further, and apparently he was close to not staying this year. He only signs one year deals. I think he will go.
