  • Millwall saturday

    One of them games.

Let's see how far we have come, I've got that confidence back in the team so hopefully it's one we can get a result out of even if it's a drag, it would he what we say is "typical city" to turn around our fortunes and then go ans lose a game like this.

They are 15th. We can get to within 2 points of them with a win on Saturday, that is some way off where we were 3 games back struggling for our lives, quite unbelievable really, hopefully the run continues. Then we Claw at Blackpool Coventry and Preston and also Stoke who we all have to play and some of them we have games in hand on.

**** sake this is a classic jinks thread isn't it.
    Oh well wrote it now.

Keep it up Steve and the Team.

I think a I’d be happy with a good away performance, building on Peterborough game. I’d be happy with a draw, but feel slightly more confident of getting the 3 points.

Looking forward to my first visit to the New Den.

It's the confidence we have as fans that is worrying me, in the past we seem to slip when we reach the point of fans being confident, hopefully this isn't one of them occasions.

A few teams looking closer and closer to us with each victory. Here's to positivity.

Should be my first visit to Millwall but have gone down with Covid. New Den will remain one of my bogey grounds. I'll get there eventually. Enjoy the trip and bring back 3 points. Play-offs, here we come!

Hardly. I've got a spare ticket and just got a refund on the train. Probably picked up CV in Barnsley, Liverpool or at home v Peterborough. Another day, another stadium.....eventually.

                      I know.
Indeed, Southwark/Bermondsey is our ancestral home on my dad's side of the family. One of whom was a publican on the Jamaica Road about 100 years ago. Thought I might pop in for a pint tomorrow and check it out...but then thought better of it.

Bad timing for them hopefully, we were on good form last time we played them and have been terrible until recently, it will be an interesting game to see how much better we really are?

I think we should win but maybe that's a bit of false hope as Peterborough are so bad?

Could be Pboro, but I think we need credit as well for reaching the heights we did, they certainly helped but we haven't always capitalised and performed when teams have been bad, forest as well now they're not bad are they? Barnsley was flat, but again credit to us for digging in when it wasn't pretty and getting the chance and taking 3 points.

Hopefully another good day for us and not another Millwall draw (or loss)

I'm confident, but I've been confident before :hehe:
