          Is the Ruperra still going or is that shut? Rumpoles used to be quite busy at lunchtime and after work, for a couple of hours. I think most people called in for a pint after work on the way home but by about 8 o clock, it would be really quiet.

            The Ruperra (The Orchard) burnt down years ago, mysteriously :hehe: and is now another block of flats.

              Im afraid the Rup is gone. They have built flats there now. Sad really as i had many a good night there when i lived down that way.
