Paid £10 for video but have a blank screen and audio only!!

Why is there nearly always a problem with it?

Their stream is working absolutely fine on my iptv. Know that doesn't help you, but maybe it's not a them issue?

It's working now. It suddenly came on without having to refresh the page about 10 mins in. The audio was consistent so no issue with my connection.

This might sound like a silly suggestion but there's two tabs for audio and video underneath the screen. It's always set to audio as default - you need to change it to video.

Sounds obvious but if you don't scroll down you don't see it. Try that next time.

It wasn't obvious for me, until I changed to a larger laptop a few months back. Felt like such a plonker :hehe:

When it first started, there were a few teething problems, but in recent months it always works faultlessly. Even that one game they handed out the refunds for - I had no issues.

You are lucky.....twice I have paid recently and twice didn't get a feed.....zilch...just two circles going round and around in opposite directions. Despite emails to the 'support' and to the club I have never got a response. Had to go to my bank to dispute the transactions....
That's why now i refuse to try...and look for free streams instead.
