Is the ticket office open in the week for walk ins or just on the phone? Can’t find any information on the website

Tony, I called them today to ask about the QPR tickets, and they told me that they are on sale from the office. Or rather, when I suggested I might call down there on Saturday morning to buy some, they didn't say "Hold on, you can't come in the office", or anything like that. So I'm guessing you can.
In case you're wondering, I cannot get my head round the online thing.
