Almost certainly the case. My guess is he got paid an amount less than what Tan’s court costs would have been and the ‘out of court’ settlement allows him to save face.

How much did he put in , wasn’t it £3m. He got £4m back from Earnie , £1.8m for Gabbidon ,and sold James Collins for £1.8m and he was already here
