A woman was telling me the other day she just watches TV and takes the dog for a walk

For me it's fishing , music and football

I did go on a date with a woman who tried to get me into opera , ballet and theatre

But I think that's all cobblers

Trainspotting, Stamp collecting etc I could just about deal with

Unless you actually go to games, events etc, aren't most sports just another way of watching TV? Is listening to music a hobby?

Listening to music and going to gigs is lifestyle in my opinion. I read the Guardian supplement, so I know this shit. Mine are walking my dogs, growing fruit and working weekends.

I think going to gigs would count. It involves getting up of your arse and making some effort. I miss tons of gigs these says because I just can't be arsed. I have friends in their 50s and older that still go regularly.

I really like the idea of going to gigs. Alabama 3 are playing the Tramshed soon, I'd like to go, i don't like being packed in, so I end up not doing stuff like that, which makes me angry at myself!
