Was suspended and then shipped out by Oldham for disciplinary issues (allegedly injuring a teammate in training which he strongly denies). Don't think you can read too much into his early career based on what he's done since. Jon Walters wasn't good enough for Wrexham and he had a decent career.

He hasn't had a look in under the new Apoel manager (1 brief sub appearance in 4 games). Wasn't even in the squad for the last game. He was McCarthys signing, so wouldn't rule a loan move out.

We need someone in midfield anyway. If we can win and keep the ball and start creating chances, maybe Glatzel or Watters will start banging them in.

No need to get carried away though, just offer them a small fee, say Ł2m with a further Ł4m once he starts banging them in!

That's the point . MM lured him to Cyprus through his Irish connection then left him stranded there.

It might take him a while to settle in sp will need a 4 year deal minimum

It'll be a 32 year old Irishman from Ipswich (ITK)

He's already made two. Watters and Ng.

Interesting write up about Jack Byrne a year ago before his move to Cyprus. Sounds like they could be writing about Tomlin! A creative midfielder would be the next must for us in most people’s eyes. https://www.sportsjoe.ie/football/ja...-rovers-198418

He would be a decent signing if the fee was low
