Ordered mine on the 20th and it came in the post about a week later. There was something about a surcharge if you wanted a paper ticket so you might want to check your transaction history and see if it has an extra quid for paper or if it is a download.

It’s a paper ticket , but if yours took a week to be delivered I’ll give it one more day to see if it arrives tomorrow.
