  • 2018/19 squad

Just looked at a few fixtures of Sheffield Wed just out of curiosity after the Rotherham post earlier and noticed Pato doesn’t really play a huge amount although NML does but doesn’t seem to be pulling up any trees either. (Sheffield should be walking that league with the squad IMO)

Harry Arter is at Notts County again not doing much

And Kareem Harris seems to have fallen off the edge of the world

In such a short space of time that players that actually competed in the Premier League seem to have rapidly deteriorated. It’s not that long ago!

I think that's as much to do with Warnock getting something out of them. While there's much talk about the state he left the club, he still got players to do things that you wouldn't expect.

Kadeem Harris' career has been interrupted by a war. It's been in the news!

My apologies I didn’t realise he was on loan from a Ukrainian side - just went on his Turkish stats

Harry Arter is virtually at the end of his career now, he was a regular in a Bournemouth side that stayed in the Premier League after they had got promoted, but his decline had begun to set in when he was with us.

From memory, Kadeem Harris didn’t play too often under Warnock after his first season here.

Paterson, fair point, he’s at an age now where you’d expect him to be at his peak and I’d say you’re right with Mendez=Lange who would probably say he played his best football at Cardiff under Warnock.

You say that Paterson doesn't really play a huge amount for Sheff Wed but he has made a total of 39 appearances for them this season, 35 in league one. Hardly shabby is it ?

He randomly played 2 games as the right of 3 centre backs, during an injury crisis there, had rave reviews and never played there again.

It could be argued that they weren't good enough for the premier league then either.

Not one player from that squad is currently playing at that level. Camarasa is still at Betis, but doesn't get any game time.
Bobby Decordova Reid might play next season mind.

Camarasa had quite a bad injury that I believe has kept him out for most of this season.

He missed the majority of last season with a torn ACL. I don't think he's been injured this season.
