If we're planning to make Phillips our 1st choice 'keeper next season we're setting the bar very low. [which in his case would be an advantage]

Not sure why but I have a feeling we might end up with two new keepers if we can offload Phillips.

Much as I want the club to give opportunities to young, local talent, l don’t think GK is the time to experiment. That position needs a mature head on its shoulders. I’m afraid I don’t have a name though.

I didn't see today's game as my toenails needed clipping.

However, we keep hearing that Phillips is a good keeper, yet he's made more than his share of blunders for us.

He can't be blamed for today's defeat. He's been back for 2 games and got the makings of a keeper who can do a Good job for us, given the opportunity.

I’d be amazed if we didn’t. Phillips is indecisive, glued to his line and flaps at everything. He’s a decent backup but he’s not a good Championship keeper
