it's pretty obvious what happened. When Warnock was leaving the club, Tan probably asked him if he had any names that he could recommend as the next manager. And Warnock responded "Neil Harris at Millwall. He knows what it's all about. And if you can't get him, get Mick McCarthy". And that's where we are now....
