Sad to say the Trust is going the same way as the Club....no long term plan....and if there happens to be one then share it

I'm not a member of the trust, if that is directed at me.

As you say, you knew there was going to be a meeting, but as usual no communication to ask if the opportunity arose what questions do members want raised. An e mail to members would have taken as long as it’s taken to write this response.ie minutes.
          The members deserve better.

The way the Club is run really leaves much to be desired.

So a, 'meeting,' was deemed needful with the Club's fans. I wonder what prompted this vital transformation in thinking from those in the corridors of power. It couldn't be a WoL article, could it? Secondly, what were the qualifications to deem those invited worthy of admittance to this meeting?

Clearly the worthy are of far more importance in the eyes of the Club than Shareholders of the Club who are ignored. I'd write to the Club but there's no point. I'm still waiting a reply to a letter I sent 5 yrs ago.

He is claiming that his shares were worth £10m before Tan devalued each and every share he owned by bringing out a new share ownership.

On the Sala case, the guy was on a plane ready to come to Wales to play a game within 48 hours. Are the club saying he wouldn't have played that game at the time? And didn't the club say that "once a bluebird, always a bluebird" at the time of huge media attention?

It's much deeper and more complicated, than your 2nd paragraph, about Sala.

Did Mehmet Dalman explain the 6 month contract for Mick McCarthy?

What are they expecting to do in the summer? What are they doing between now and then to prepare for that decision?

Is it a case of MM winning a longer contract with performance, or are they looking to bring in a manager for the medium and long term?

              Or is there no plan?

It depends on where we finish and what both parties want.

                It's a possibility

                          It's their words not mine.

Although, I think a DOF, is a complete and utter waste of funds. What ever happened to that one Spurs had, who recommended all those donkeys (i apologize to all donkeys)

                            This is bad.

Firstly, the people who will put this strategy in place over the next six months (what have they been doing for the last 5,6,7 years) is Mehmet and Choo. Two people who do not have the knowledge to carry out such a task. Or at least that's how this reads.

No DOF. Personally , I think that is exactly what they need considering the amount of managers that go through this club.

At least we have some crumbs of info.

Presumably both options are open at this point, but I do wonder if they've penciled in end of season interview with Mick to see what he wants to do next rather than just giving him the job if he wins more games than he loses.

There seems to be a greater commitment to youth now. About a year ago, pre-covid, there was a headline considering to upgrade to Cat A Academy status - is this still part of the plans and when can we expect the next step in this process to be taken?

From the outside, it appears that the squad lacks balance with some positions stacked with options (Ralls, Vaulks, Bacuna all being similar) and others seriously lacking (lack of RB cover, lack of fast and mobile midfielder who can pass). At the same time, long and presumably costly contracts were given out with expensive fees paid when coming down from premier league but that squad has now twice hit run of form that has seen two managers sacked/effectively sacked. If transfer committee is working effectively, what lead to these two scenarios and what lessons have been learnt?

Brexit means that number of leagues that new players can come from has been reduced. How does that effect us? What is our scouting system based on?
