Our new signings will have to make a big impact because that list of retained first-team players looks like the squad of a mid-table League One club.

He may have played at Taffs Well in the season we got promoted and I’m fairly sure he did in 18/19 - at the very least he’d played for the first team at 16.

Mayembe played in 2019. Was only 16.

Great to see so much dead wood off the wage bill. Need a lot of players still but hopefully an exciting season ahead.

Seems pretty sure that the delay was down to the club wanting to announce that Ralls had renewed his contract, the odds would seem to be on him leaving now.

The EFL announce them tomorrow, so the club might as well publish it. I don't think it has too much bearing on Ralls.

I seem to recall a suggestion that Ratcliffe would have made the bench last season but he got injured

Does it suggest we're looking to move Phillips on? We've kept Turner so that's 5 keepers in the first team & u23s

Presume Ratcliffe or Luthra will go out on loan for the season if Ratcliffe signs. Luthra signed his new contact ages ago, so not sure why taken so long to announce.

If we can just land Bale I think it might encourage a couple of quality loans, who otherwise not come to Cardiff

we have never really struggled to get loans to come here, had some pretty decent players over the years, but imagine the draw of being on the same Bill as Bale :thumbup: its got to be massive
