Was driving along the M4 tonight by Swindon. Saw a guy in a lorry using a CB mic. Is this legal? If so, how is it different to using a mobile phone?

I watched Top Gear the other day. Freddie Flintoff, Paddy McGuiness and the other fella all did an HGV course and got their licences. They were driving the artics around Wales talking via CB. So it must be legal? I was thinking the exact same thing as you.

I've got a CCMB radio I use in the car to chat to Sludge, Delmbox, TOBW, Doucus and Dorcus
