          Antigua
          Australia
          Austria
          Brazil
          Canada
          Chile
          Curacao
          Denmark
          England
          France
          Gabon
          Gambia
          Germany
          Ghana
          Hungary
          Iceland
          Italy
          Ivory Coast
          Netherlands
          Nigeria
          Northern Ireland
          Norway
          Republic of Ireland
          Scotland
          Serbia
          Slovakia
          Slovenia
          South Africa
          South Korea
          Spain
          Trinidad
          Wales
          Great effort!

Two more to add to the list - Romania (Gabriel Tamas) and Venezuela (Rolf Feltscher), although the latter only made it as far as the bench in his brief stay.

On a related note, this is a good Wikipedia page. Armenia, Cuba and Belarus (Hleb, at least) are good recent trivia questions:

Turks & Caicos Islands - Charles Cooke
If you're including age groups below full internationals then Kerim Frei played for Switzerland before being capped by Turkey.

Not according to Wiki. He wanted to play for India but didn't want to renounce his UK citizenship in favour of his dual Indian citizenship which would have allowed him to play for India.
