    Don’t worry it’s not another religious thread……..

I’m trying this diet again, I tried it before and felt great, lost weight etc but eventually returned to meat.

I’ve had a few health scares recently, at the tender age of 42 (and a fit 42) so want to try something different.

Does anyone else in here follow this diet? Any tips, supplementation required and general experience would be appreciated.

Watch your consumption of mercury via fish. I think the smaller fish(sardines, anchovies) have lower mercury levels. Or maybe i've got that the wrong way around. I know that tuna is probably the highest in mercury. I think it's carbs and sugar people need to regulate.

Yeah I’ve read up on that thanks mate. Sardines are low because they eat plankton apparently 🤷*♂️

So many plant based options in the shops nowadays that fish doesn’t need to be too regular anyway.
