Couldnt say if they are the best as I never saw them. 78 is the 1st World Cup I remember.

This is probably the best team goal ive seen.

Not the best that goes to Diegos 2nd v England for me.

1970 was the best World Cup I’ve seen (the first one I remember is 66) and Brazil’s team in that completion the best international team I’ve seen.

Its the greatest goal of all time, scored by the greatest team of all time with an assist from the greatest player of all time, wearing the greatest kit of all time.

That tip tap by Pele followed by a beautiful weighted pass right into oncoming Carlos Alberto

              He was the master

              They placed with such grace

              Now it's all about cheating

My favourite was the 82 Brazil team.
I was gutted when they lost.

Yeah I was as well. The game v Italy was brilliant though and at least it all ended well and the Germans were beaten in the final.

Greatest celebration - Tardelli in the final.

                    Difficult to argue with this.

I loved the Brazil 82 side, they just attacked at will, Zico, Socrates, Eder... they were special, but lacked discipline. Oddly enough, i was the complete opposite over the Brazil world cup side in 2014. That game when Germany destroyed them was one of the most enjoyable and funny things that i had ever seen. Not just because they were hosts and banging out their anthem twice before the match, but because after 25 minutes they panicked and completely lost all discipline and shape, Humiliated! The only thing i can compare it too personaly, is when i returned from holiday as a 16 year old and my mother had tidied my bedroom for me, she'd found my stash of Penthouse, Escort, Readerswives magazines and stacked them neatly on my side cabinet!

Please don’t tell me that you need to be told about Peter King’s v Middlesbrough again
