Next match: Pre-season. Saturday, July 11th | FC Midtjylland (H) @ Cardiff City Stadium, 12:30pm -
All pre-season fixtures
Bristol City are a very poor team. One of the worst I have seen this season. They somehow won at Huddersfield last week where the latter hit the woodwork four times and 27 attempts at goal to 4. You can get a result against them. If you lose then it starts looking dodgy.
I suspect they will get tonked at Brentford tomorrow night. Cardiff should certainly be fresher than them for Saturday.
Just looked at our fixtures, after Bristol, which I'll assume we'll lose, we have four winnable games then a run of tough matches.
If we don't win at least two of those four then we are in real real trouble.
Not being negative but being realistic
We've four 'winnable' games coming up, and then 6 really tough looking fixtures. Currently I'd rate our chances of staying up at no more than 50/50. Current league position would suggest that's pessimistic but we've the worst run of form on the last 5 games than any side below us, and I just cannot see where a win is coming from. It's going to get messy !

Callum Paterson gave the Owls a deserved first-half lead when he pounced on a poor Jack Stacey pass across the penalty area and his weak stab goalwards somehow crept under Asmir Begovic.
