It's taking over 30 seconds to open any thread, no such problem on other sites.

Image option on the toolbar above the post reply box. If it's hidden click the A button next to the smilie button (top right of the repoly box). You can right click on an image online and save image address. and then post that. there's a little check box to untick after you've posted the URL of the image
