Any championship club should be happy to have someone with that record as their manager.

Not you though, youd probably prefer Steve Morison ya whopper.
No, I'd prefer Sabri and other proper proven Championship Managers that weren't given a promotion on a plate. He's rubbish everyone knows it, and we probably won't have to wait long for his next sacking, wherever he goes next!

Do you recall how long it took to get a win in our last PL season? Some promoted teams start brightly, some don't. We didn't, last time out, but came close to staying up. Brentford had a better second half to the season last season. I recall Swansea doing something similar when they won promotion.

I have no idea if he's a good PL manager. I do know that he's achieved promotion to the PL in both of his two seasons in the Championship. Despite Fulham getting relegated, Bournemouth were quick to snap up his services, joining them the same day he left Craven Cottage. Obviously Bournemouth regarded him that highly.

Bournemouth's defeats have all been expected. I'm with others in this thread and presume someone else has already been lined up, otherwise the timing of this sacking is very bizarre.

I'd expect Parker to end up with another biggish Championship or lower PL club based on nothing more than his record. If I've read what you've said about him correctly, you seem to think he's an awful manager who should never be given another job.

He went to Bruges, did a terrible job getting the boot deservedly!

      Club Brugge
On 31 December 2022, Parker was appointed manager of Belgian champions Club Brugge, succeeding Carl Hoefkens at a team in fourth place and 12 points off the lead.[98][99] His first game on 8 January was a 3–1 loss at leaders Genk in the Pro League.[100] Parker inherited a team that had reached the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League, where his team lost 7–1 on aggregate to S.L. Benfica. On 8 March, the day after the 5–1 second leg defeat at the Estádio da Luz, and having won twice in 12 overall games to fall to 21 points off the lead, he was dismissed.[101]

Gary O'Neil went in and did a great job comfortably saving them from relegation!!

Yes you're right I think he's an awful Manager, but somehow linked again with Leicester, I hope they give it too him they've had their turn I don't want them going back up!
