A new manager will come in, probably offload a few players for £50 million and spend another £150 million. These PL owners [top 7/8] have bottomless pockets and will literally spend anything it takes to win as much ubiquitous 'silverware' as they can. True, these clubs have enormous income from all sources, but they're not run on a business model. Just run up massive debt that the clubs aren't accountable for. The total window spend in the PL exceeded the German,Spanish and Italian leagues combined.
