Can you open a new Cash ISA for 2023/4 as long and you don’t add to your 2022/3 one ?

Example Halifax ISA for 2022/23

New ISA with different interest rate 2023/24 ?

Yes. You can open a new one every year if you wish. And you could pay into Halifax ISA during 2022/23 and then into a new one in 2023/24.

You just can’t pay into two separate ISAs in the same year.

Slightly off topic but did you know if you open an account with Virgin with just a few pounds you can use the Virgin Lounge in the old Library where you can get free tea, coffee and biscuits, use computers and even listen to live music occasionally.
