there is some hope of making it without the dreaded thought of failing youth rank academies which these days are scourge of the game

Ian Wright did it the hard way too.
These types are few and far between but there is a lot of talent out there that unfortunately will never be tapped into.

This is why I have little time for those that are not prepared to fight for their place, manager or club.
