    Match facts
    • Belgium have never lost a home match against Wales in seven previous meetings on home soil (four wins, three draws), winning 3-1 in the most recent game at Den Dreef in March 2021.
    • Since beating Belgium 3-1 at Euro 2016, Wales are winless in three matches against the Red Devils, drawing two and losing one.
    • Belgium have won four of their past 10 matches (three draws, three defeats), having won eight of their previous 10 (one draw, one defeat). Their previous three defeats before this run came across a sequence of 38 matches.

Doesn't look good for us but at least it's only the Nations League that few people understand.

Sounds like he dropped a bunch of the youngsters from the squad, seems a bit odd for what is a glorified friendly at this point - and no cap for Jordan James with England sniffing around?

James has come back after being with England. Some people have said he didn't enjoy the England set up at all.

Don't fancy our chances much against their front 3 ☹️

Big test for Rodon after his recent MOTM performance against Marseille, and Mepham is starting regularly in the PL, so let's see if there is any benefit for Wales!

Re: BELGIUM v WALES. Match thread

                      1 Hennessey
                      14 Roberts
                      6 Rodon
                      5 Mepham
                      3 N Williams
                      8 Smith
                      15 Ampadu
                      17 Norrington-Davies
                      20 James
                      13 Moore
                      9 Johnson

Decent team, nice to have a bit of depth nowadays. Says a lot about Danny Ward's season that our starting PL keeper is only on the bench

No Colwill on the bench - the incentive is there for him to turn it on from the start of matches over the next month or so - always assuming he’ll have a club manager who trusts him from now on.

Take it Norrington-Davies will be one of the back three - he’s been playing there for Sheffield United.

Reading the subtitles so far that is a relief....so banal.
