So, I'm watching this "Welcome to Wrexham" thing and I see how excited everyone was when they signed Paul Mullin, who is indeed doing a job for them.

But how good is he? And if he's that good, why is he playing in the fifth division? And why didn't we sign him?

Cos he wants to live close to his family in Scouseland, which he repeats time after time.

He’s certainly Championship standard, he reminds me of Vardy. Not quite that good but could do a job (for Preston :hehe:)

Wasn't he top scorer and promoted from league 2 when they signed him?

So probably a good/ decent league 1 player. Certainly league 2.

I'd imagine money had something to do with it. Maybe a Deadpool fan too.

Probably wouldn’t do it at our level but he was a hell of a signing for them along with Palmer.

He said it was all about being close to his family but I’m sure they pay him very well. He did say something along the lines of he wanted to be near his family and it’s not all about money and he wouldn’t go to say china for millions even if offered.

hasn't he recently made it known his Nan is welsh, thus he qualifies to play for Wales :hehe:
