It always amazes me, or perhaps inspires envy, when teams put players like Haaland, Son, Ronaldo on the bench, for whatever reason. The embarrassment of riches possessed by such teams is incredible. Yeah, I simply glanced at the scoreline and made an assumption. It did not occur to me that Man City would bench this Viking marauder in an important European match.
