Injuries haven't helped but I have no idea what that team is supposed to achieve. Looks like a battling team who is going to try to keep things tight for 60 minutes with the 2 big center halves and try to nick it. Then he's gone for a passenger in Ojo over Harris and stuck with Nkounkou... starting to think he's just throwing things out there and hoping something might stick, but let's hope he's got something here or could be a long game.

The problem is that his plans will go out of the window when they get their traditional opening goal in the first 10 minutes.

Who should he play instead of Nkounkou ? Bagan is still recovering from injury. Plus Ojo had his best game of the season at Wigan recently, in this formation, so he is a much better option than Harris. If you has actually seen Kipre play, you would realise that he is much more than a ‘big centre half’ and can actually play. My only grouse is with Nelson - Simpson would have been a better option. This is however an attacking side, which everyone has been calling for.
That's kind of my point though, doesn't the attacking version of this side have Sawyers instead of the three central midfielders?
And I've watched Kipre play quite a bit thank you, the point is that pairing him with Nelson means presumably we're not playing from the back as Nelson just can't play that way. I hope I'm wrong but that side doesn't make me feel any better than I was already feeling about this one.
