    Re: Matondo

    Football fans are very dramatic.

He has never seemed to have much more than pace though.

No. He's just had a real rough time of it and he will come good, or so some have said so on here.

I've given my feelings on the lad.

He tore it up in Belgium for a short time though...

He's hardly the second coming of Franz Beckenbauer is he?

Back to Matondo, that is Schalke, Stoke and now Rangers fans who think he is gash. There might just be something in it.

I used to think he was Mehmet under cover on here.

I would actually say dml is more pro everything done at the club than Mehmet at this stage. I'm genuinely not sure how bad things could get at the club for him to give criticism.

Nailed on two year deal with us next season. Big Scarfe, Borley trying his best to smile, Matondo tag line....It's great to be home...

He’s also Cardiff worse ever signing - terrible player

                          Probably.

His pace mentioned 10 times at least in the story on the club website unveiling the signing.
Conveniently leaving out the fact he couldn't trap a medicine ball in a phone box.

he had a decent time at Brugge, still only 22, he only really had his speed, but thats a decent start and the rest can be coached

Yet multiple clubs have failed to do so?

If all you needed in this game was pace and the rest could be coached easily then clubs would hang around 100m events and just hand pick the fastest ones.
