    Arsenal 5 Forest 0
I wonder if City players watch games on TV? Surely they must get some idea how to finish in the final third!
City.....once one goal up they stopped pressing...sat back a bit.......Arsenal - and good teams - do not...they go get another...and another...

...Can't get the extended highlights on CCTV videos...but the short highlights on youtube....that was a class goal from Philogene... ...umm..like top teams score. Looks like we should have had at least two more.

Intensity is lacking in our play, we are way too casual and need to find a sense of urgency for 90 minutes.

        FAW Women's Cup

Cardiff City Women 5 - 0 Pontypridd United Women

A Rhianne Oakley hat trick was the centrepiece as Cardiff City trounced Pontypridd United 5-0 in the third round of the FAW Cup.

Player of the Match: Rhianne Oakley

Shoutouts to Siobhan Walsh, Danielle Green, and Ffion Price, but we talk about transformative signings, and my goodness Oakley is just that. The new dynamic that she has given this team is insane and if the stays fit, this Cardiff team are going to do special things

Swansea City Ladies 0 - Cardiff Met Women (Cardiff Met win 3 - 5 on penalties)

Rhianne Oakley signed for Swansea from Pontypridd in July 2021. She signed for Cardiff from Swansea in July 2022. She scored a hat-trick today and is tearing up the league.

Cardiff City currently top of the Adnan Premier League with 6 wins from 6.

Performance related pay would sort that out!

Cardiff are doing really well and their football has vastly improved from 2017 when Mrs Citizen started regularly following them. Swansea and Cardiff Met have always had good sides. Lots of local players we see in town on a regular basis. It's really nice tbh, feels more like a club community.
