My wife's influence. She can't watch TV without commenting on what 'work' someone's had done and how good or bad it is.

Had to go private, as the waiting list was years. I understand that though, there are more important procedures. In order to get it funded by the NHS (which would have been difficult) i would have to prove that it was having a detrimental affect on my mental health. Cost me a ****ing fortune sludge, had to get it done though (for my own self esteem)

Just to add, it's not cosmetic, this is one real surgical procedure!

If i could've, i would've! smashed my jaw and three teeth were dislodged, moved as aresult of the trauma. The dental hospital did a great job in saving the teeth, but it was only a matter of time.

The face Roden kept making after every time he feked up yesterday.
Definitely worthy of the crowbar treatment.

                              Re: False Gnashers

I wanted to book a dental check up recently (NHS), and they offered me an appointment three months away, thinking I'd walk away. But I waited, saw the dentist, and they want me to have a filling. In the past, they'd do it there and then, but this time, they said I'd have to book another appointment, this time to see the 'specialist' (what? for a filling?). So I went to reception, and the next appointment is four months away. Seriously? For a filling? Why not do it right now, like you always used to?
This is how they do it. It's like the doctors. They make it so hard to see someone, and put you off so many times with appointments, and 'specialists' (think the bloods nurse at the doctors), that you just give up. And that's exactly what they want. Either pay up or f*ck off.
