Note that because England aren't 2-0 up and dominating after 25 minutes or so, the USA are no mugs and have many players at top clubs and are progressing etc.

I get your point, but seeing how easily we switched the game up on them on Monday and how well they're coping with England and how shit we were this morning this is a little surprising no? Also, I apologise for my earlier reply. I was tired and emotional.
