The sunbed man just came to collect the money off me, said he wants us to win tomorrow, really wants us to win. He was in Barry the other week and went to the Sheffield United game. Thought we were a bit unlucky, paid him and he walked away with a ‘Bluebirds, Bluebirds’. Can’t be many sunbed attendants in the Canary Islands who follow the City’s (mis) fortunes.

I was surprised that he knew I was a City fan, perhaps it’s because I always go down the beach in my Bartley Bluebird outfit, the missus thinks I’m mad but it keeps the flies off.
We’re off for a stroll at midday, a pit stop for a 1€ pint overlooking the ocean, then back on the sunbed for an afternoon read & snooze. Are you still in your thong in balmy Grangetown?

At half five this morning, Alexa told it was 7 degrees and then added that was as warm as it was going to get all day.

Alexa's got a great voice. Not like Google. Google always sounds shouty and arsey "it's 7 degrees you muppet". Maybe mines broken?

I normally have a holiday out in Costa Adeje each February and probably go for a run along the front early every other morning and always in a city shirt. On a few occasions I’ve heard a bloke shouting bluebirds to me off the beach and I’m pretty certain he was working on the sun beds.

That’s definitely him, only had a brief conversation with him, seems as though he’s got family in Barry.
