Post counts gone crazy - what's going on Mods?

A few threads on the Alternative Forum are throwing up huge post counts very quickly.

Is this a Bot attack? A system glitch? Or are Wales-Bales and Life On Mars really up all night pressing refresh on their pet threads?

The truth is out there!
