After a group walk in New Zealand a couple of weeks ago, a gentleman involved with the walking group concerned hosted the group at his place to partake in sausages accompanied by bread and butter.
After nattering with him, it turns out to be Graham Henry. He wan't offended that I didn't know who he was and he seemed a nice bloke - although his sausages were devoid of taste, texture and flavour.
On the other hand, my host in Auckland stated that in his early managerial days when he was still a teacher, Mr H divided up the fees that he was receiving (in respect of rugby management) amongst his colleagues who were covering for him in his absence.
