Ted Lasso .....Is It Me ?

So I've got the free Apple thingy for 6 months. Was looking forward to Ted Lasso, which I enjoyed for the first few, then thought it went crap and gave up ? Just me ?

However, enjoyed Bad Sisters, and Slow Horses is great.

I didn't find Lasso remotely funny. After the first episode I was expecting a cringeworthy amusing football version of The Office but it was just cringeworthy IMHO.
I had apple TV for a year and barely watched it, even it's Oscar winning movie "Coda" is a pretty much straight remake of a French movie from a few years ago - they just replaced farmers with fishermen!

i thought the first series was ok.
but no more than that.
a nice easy watch with a positive message.

the second series was crap though ， barely any football storylines at all.
