Wasn't it Ng, who played that pass, to an offside Flint ?

Although it's posed as a question, it was Ng.

OK Boomer! - I'm just trying to be inclusive mate, it's 2021. There are numerous female candidates out there, more than qualified to take our helm; Cherie Lunghi, Low Siew Beng, Delia Smith, Phil Neville.. I could go on..

Agreed, although a lot can happen between now and the end of the season.

One thing he did say which may be an indicator of how he'd like to see the team play if he does get his contract extended was that he was not at all happy with our ball retention at times.

We may lack creativity and movement but not giving the ball away to the opposition as cheaply as we have been doing will be a massive step in the right direction.

Surprised you didn't suggest Helen White to partner Keiffer up front !

I think you mean Ellen White - and yeah she is a ****ing goal machine. I reckon given 15 minutes the other night she would have shown a bit more than Watters did...

It certainly didn't come from any of the 3 centre backs.

Strange as it may seem she looks like a female version of Harry Kane (sorry Ellen) !

I didn't see the cameo performance from Watters but a few on here have been less than complimentary towards him. Having said that, Ojo's debut was quite awful according to those that saw it but he's turned out to be a very decent footballer. Maybe it was first night nerves for Watters and he'll come good later.

I missed HW actually putting the ball in the net as I was typing on here, fuming about the ref not giving the foul on Kieffer Moore just before.

Still a good ball from the centre of our defence though.

How much is it that down to what MM has done, how much is that Harris was a desperate man and change to anything was going to improve things and how much was it down to the teams we've played at end of Harris' run and start of MM?

QPR are now 5th best over the last 8 games (we are game 4 in that run) and 2nd best in the league over the past 6 games. During that longer period of time they have drawn with Norwich, beaten Watford and now beaten Brentford. We also lost to Brentford and Swansea (best form sides when we played them) and Norwich (top of the league) to make up 5 of our other 7 losses over that horrible spell.

Since MM has arrived we've faced the in form Rotherham (think they were missing their first choice keeper), an improving Millwall side and a series of teams heading the wrong direction.

Preston will be an interesting game considering their good away form, our relatively poor home form and that MM hasn't really rotated his starting eleven but we still start as favourites. After that we've got 6 pointers against Bournemouth and Boro, what is currently an in form Derby, a weak Huddersfield (the outlier), and further 6 pointers against Watford, Stoke and Swansea to finish off March. This is when we find out how much progress has been made.
