As I’ve said before, 11 disjointed players, it looks like they don’t train together

Worryingly they just spent 3 weeks together training.

They both need a manager to help them develop, we will never really know what Morison had planned but Hudson certainly doesn’t seem keen on developing players.

Now is not the time to be developing players.

Unless you write off the season.

i wouldnt be suprised if huds lost the dressing room after that...

all involved should take responsability, its alright the players moaning as theget get taken off, do something to stay on

No but I guess they were brought it as better than what we had already and with development they could be better. Philogene is well rated before he came here and has shown moments of quality, any prem loan is coming here to develop.

Yes I get that, hence Kipre going up front, but I just don’t have a clue how our bench thought playing like that would work - even under circumstances like that, you need some sort of structure.

What else does a team try when they put a centre back up front?!

I don’t think him being 25 means he stops developing. He’s played a lot of football at a good level without it clicking goals wise, I’m sure the idea was to get more from him.

does anyone know what we were trying tactically in the closing minutes? I could see Kipre had gone up front, but as for the rest, it all looked a bit like throw it up in the air and see where it lands.

Just desperation, send some big blokes in and get some balls into them, we can't even do that at the moment though, we looked hopeless as soon as the ball went past the halfway line. We need a new manager with a good Striker coach as a matter of urgency, beg Earnie or someone better to take some sessions, it's a pity Bellamy is busy!

I'd say the club has a squad of players that is average at best by Championship standards, with a management and coaching set-up that is well below average by Championship standards. And to compound matters, this season the Championship standards are lower than ever.

The worrying thing is that the Championship
is completely pants this season. Everyone from third place down taking points off each other. If we could score a few goals we’d quite conceivably be in the playoffs (and that would be a travesty).
