Tan oversees the people he employs as well as the managers.

You can't sue yourself for putting the wrong people in charge and listening to them.

Did they plan the plane crash then and the fact that some documents hadn't been registered in time ? That sort of thing would be covered by your words ‘everything to do with the Sala transfer’. Ridiculous.
