This is what gets me about these premier league only questions. Football did exist before 1992/93 and every triumph is counted.
But according to wiki it’s 36 English mangers winning 58 titles.

It does work with this question though. The last English manager to win the title was Howard Wilkinson, the season before the PL started.

I agree that 99% of these kinds of questions assume football didn't exist before. But this one is appropriate. You can reword it to be "since the last English manager to win the league".
