All of you would have received a welcome/acknowledgement e-mail from the Trust a day or two after you joined. In that message, I asked most of you for your address details as we are required by law to get your formal permission to send you things like Trust e-mails, magazines, ballot papers etc. About half of you have replied and are now receiving communications from us, but the others are in a position where you have paid for your memberships and are not fully benefitting from it yet.

If any of our new members did not receive or have not seen my welcome to the Trust message, but want to be kept up to date with details of things like details of meetings held with the club and receive a copy of our free magazine, can they contact me at [email protected] please.

When someone joins the Trust and pays by PayPal, Paul emails that person back with a request for a postal address in order to send a GDPR consent form. A number of new joiners have not responded to that email probably because the Trust email has gone into their Junk folder. If any new members have not heard from Paul please check their Junk folders and if it is there mark [email protected] as a safe email address
