    Premier League quiz question

    This season there could conceivably be no teams from London in the top 4 (although I suspect Chelsea may sort their act out now they have gotten rid of Frank).
    When was the last time that no teams from London qualified for the Champions League?

    Looking through the records and it seems it was 96/97, when Manchester United & Newcastle United qualified for the Champions League, The Arsenal were third but in those days only qualified for the EUFA Cup.

      Yep 24 years since there was at least one, and usually two London clubs in the Champions league
