Good I hope he takes it, we should aim to finish above them.

When he gets it, be sure to start a new thread

Hope he does well, just not at our expense.

That brings the total number of permanent managers of the 24 championship clubs this season to 42.
14 clubs have changed manager at least once, with 4 (obviously including us) changing twice.

Recognition for an outstanding job done at Wycombe - he deserves his chance at a bigger club.

Would have you wanted him here rather than Lamouchi?

                    I wouldn't!

The good thing about him at least he has had to learn at a lower level and earn a promotion to the Championship, I don't think he will be there long though.

Wouldn’t mind Ainsworth here although he’s another long ball merchant - or he was at Wycombe at least.

He’s pulled a side clear of what was looking an inevitable relegation from the Football League, got them promoted twice and has suffered a relegation as a negative, all on a budget which was one of the smallest, sometimes the smallest, in the division.

I said on the day we were first linked with Lamouchi that he was probably as good as we could get in our position and I’m happy with the start he has made, but I’d rate Ainsworth’s managerial record so far the more impressive.

Fair enough he's done OK, lets's see how we both do in the run-in, and how both Managers get on.
