None of them. I watch football matches without the sound, can't stand commentary, i don't get it, i can see what is going on and what might happen. I no other aspect of life do we have somebody telling us what is happening when we can all see what is happening. It's really strange.
Ally mcoist best unbiased pundit ,Shearer is the most biased and mind numbing pundit.
As a commentator, I’ve always liked what’s his name Wilson on the BBC, maybe because he did the game with Belgium - McCoist as a summariser.
not sure which side to watch the final, shearer and his trent jude and harry and gareths doing a great job or that idiot ian wright and the dream team women on the pitch shrieking what a wonderful atmosphere :shrug:
Probably Ally McCoist once you get in tune with his accent. I've also got to give Gary Neville his due. He gives a well balanced unbiased assessment, completely the opposite of Ian Wright.
The worst for stating the bleedin' obvious is Roy Keane. He only knows two words, 'quality' and 'fight'. He seems to know nothing about the intricacies of the game and leaves that up to others to discuss.

Steve Wilson. He's been the best BBC commentator for many years in my opinion, yet Mowbray gets everything. From a live commentary point of view, I watched yesterday evenings game and Lee Dixon was absolutely shite. He offers nothing and just sounds like an excited fan they've grabbed off the street.
Roy Keane is good entertainment, I really enjoy the Stick to Football podcast.

Definitely not Danny Murphy or Jermaine Jenas.
Rio Ferdinand and Gary Neville seem quite knowledgeable about the game and put that over fairly well. Maybe that's because, as defenders, they have a better perspective of the game from their position on the pitch?
