Sounds more like bad planning by underestimating how long features would take to implement.
It doesn't really have any competition and it's probably a bit of a cash cow so won't be going anywhere

It'll recover I'm sure. Nothing else comes close. The issue I guess is funding as there's a whole years worth of sales gone I assume. Perhaps they can do an update to the latest one, I don't know?
